How to Order

Online

The Totseat® website has secure ordering - through Secpay - and accepts all major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta, Maestro. You can also pay with Paypal.

By Post

Please post your order to: Totseat Limited, 111 Whitehouse Loan, Edinburgh, EH9 1AT.

How to Pay

By Cheque

Please make your cheque payable to Totseat Limited. On the back, please write your home address, cheque guarantee card number, expiry date and issue number (switch only).

By Card

Secpay is the company which processes our customers' credit card payments. We do not store any credit card information on our systems, or at our premises.

The padlock or key symbol in the status bar of your browser indicates that you are in a secure area and all information provided in this area is encrypted and protected.

Returns

The Totseat travel highchair is designed and produced with great care and attention and we very much hope you will be happy with your purchase. If, however, for any reason, you are not, please return the Totseat to us, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days. We will be happy to exchange the Totseat or to refund the original purchase price. Refunds are processed within 28 working days and issued by cheque. We cannot accept returned items which have been used or opened, unless they are defective or incorrect in that they do not comply with your initial order. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage or for the vagaries of the postal system. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate if returning items to us, or use a recorded/special delivery service.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it but this must be done in writing, either by email to shop@totseat.com or by fax to 0131 623 1898. If your order has already been dispatched, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

Delivery

All UK orders will be dispatched by first class post unless requested otherwise. First class is £2.90 but there is an option for guaranteed next day delivery (Monday to Friday, UK mainland only), which is £6.95. Please note: Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the Monday. For guaranteed next day delivery orders must be received by 1pm. If you are ordering more than four Totseats, please call us on +44 (0)131 226 6064 and we can arrange delivery.

We welcome your telephone calls between Monday and Friday, 9am to 5pm. Outwith these hours, please leave a message on our answering machine.

In stock items are dispatched from HQ within three working days.

Please allow seven working days for your Totseat to arrive at a UK destination.

Deliveries further afield may take longer. Deliveries are made during working hours and may require a signature.

If there is likely to be a delay with your order, you will be informed.
