Please read these instructions before using your Totseat® for the first
time.
NEVER LEAVE YOUR CHILD UNATTENDED IN YOUR TOTSEAT®.
Totseat® fits most chairs, whether high backed or low backed. It will
also fit some round backed chairs.
Totseat's® purpose is to safely, securely and comfortably anchor your
child into an adult chair. It is intended for temporary use, not as an everyday
highchair. For 8 to 30 months.
Firstly make sure the chair is stable.
Decide whether the chair is tall backed or short backed. If the chair has
a gaping back, use the cummerbund to create a back support.
Slip the Totseat® over the top of the chair. Adjust the corners, the cord
and the cleat at the back so that the Totseat® fits the chair well.
Check that the Totseat® is the appropriate length to fit the chair. As
a guide, when loose, the Totseat® should just hang over the edge of the
seat. Use the buttons to extend, or shorten, the Totseat®.
Place the child carefully, into the Totseat®, facing out, with their back
against the chair.
Bring the Totseat® up between their legs and over their tummy. Take the
straps up under their arms, and around the back of the chair. Feed the straps
through the loops, clip the ties together and tighten accordingly.
Your child should now be comfortable, safe and secure.
Unclip to release the child.
